Below is all the information that pertains to booking your stay directly with us!

Reservations will be blocked for 24 hours before being opened back up if payment has not been received.
Payment Schedule:
If your stay is more than 30 days away:
- ˝ of your payment is due at the time of booking
- The other ˝ is due 30 days prior to your stay
If your stay is less than 30 days away:
- The full payment is due at the time of booking
Damage Deposit:
- A refundable damage deposit of $300 is due at least 3 days before you check in. It will be refunded within 48 hours of your check out.
Our current payment options are:
- Zelle
- Venmo
Please let me know when you send payment, so I can confirm it has been received…also let me know if it's coming from a different name than what is on your reservation.
The rental agreement will be emailed over to you at the time of booking. Please initial each page of the agreement, fill in the blanks on page 1, and sign on page 2. You can print and scan it or use a PDF editor on your phone, and then email it to info@estesparkgetaways.com.
As soon as I receive your signed rental agreement and your full payment, I will provide instructions for entry to the property!
Cancellation Policy:
As you know, our rentals are our livelihood that we depend on.
Our cancellation policy is the same as if you booked through VRBO:
- 100% refund if stay is more than 60 days away
- 50% refund 30-60 days away
- No refund for stays inside 30 days
